Which Kids?: Behavioral Problems, Learning Disorders, Neurological, Brain-Based

The treatments at the Brainchild Achievement Center are different and unique from those of any other practice. Trained in Functional Neurology, we understand the connections between the the brain and behavioral or learning disorders, and believe that a truly holistic, drug-free approach focuses on the connection between motor sensory and emotional cognitive function.

Physically-based problems like excessive falling or poor eye/hand coordination often overlap with cognitive and emotional issues. By addressing the neurologic area of commonality, we can obtain maximum improvement in concert with the patient's needs.

Our patients tend to fall into one of two categories:

• Children age 6 - 13 with childhood learning disorders, such as ADD and Auditory Processing Disorder
   
• Children age 6 -13 with adolescent behavior problems, such as Autism, Asperger's Syndrome and OCD
